Service requests

When you request junk removal, you are asking Operation Junk to review the job and discuss availability. A request, online estimate range, photo review, or callback does not guarantee a pickup time or create a binding service agreement until we confirm the job and you approve the price.

We may ask for job details, photos, access information, item counts, service address, and preferred timing to determine whether we can safely and efficiently perform the work.

Estimates, final pricing, and approval

Website price ranges and preliminary estimates are guides based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may depend on volume, weight, labor, stairs, carry distance, access, time required, item type, special disposal needs, and other site conditions.

Before loading begins, we will confirm the job scope and final price with you onsite. If conditions materially differ from what was described, we may revise the price or decline the job. We will not begin removal work without your approval of the price.

Access, ownership, and safe working conditions

You are responsible for providing safe, lawful access to the items and for ensuring that you have authority to request their removal. Please disclose stairs, elevators, long carries, tight access, parking restrictions, fragile surfaces, building rules, and any known hazards before work begins.

We may delay, modify, or refuse service if a location is unsafe, inaccessible, prohibited by building rules, requires equipment we do not have, or presents a risk to people or property.

Materials we may refuse

Operation Junk does not accept hazardous, illegal, unsafe, or regulated materials that we are not equipped or authorized to handle. This can include, without limitation:

• Hazardous waste, fuels, flammables, explosives, chemicals, paint, or unknown substances.
• Medical waste, asbestos-containing materials, biohazards, or items contaminated with bodily fluids, pests, or mold.
• Concrete, dirt, brick, tile, shingles, or other dense debris unless specifically discussed and approved in advance.
• Items that cannot be safely moved, transported, or disposed of using our available equipment and disposal options.

Payment, scheduling, and cancellations

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is due when the agreed removal work is completed. Accepted payment methods and any applicable fees will be communicated before service begins.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. If a cancellation fee, trip fee, or special arrangement applies to a particular job, we will disclose it before you commit to the appointment.

Calls and text messages

By submitting a form, calling, texting, or otherwise asking us to contact you, you agree that Operation Junk may call or text you about your inquiry, estimate, scheduling, service, and related customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
